FRIENDS OF ESSEX CHURCHES CYCLE RIDE

ON September 11th it will be the Friends of Essex Churches Cycle Ride and anyone is welcome to take part - please join in.  Sponsor forms are available from myself.  Half the funds raised will go to the nominated church of your choice.

If you do not cycle you are allowed to walk to each church and all the family can take part.  There are cycle paths along the sea front thus avoiding the roads and you are allowed to have transport to start or finish the ride/walk.

The ride/walk takes place between 10am and 6pm.  Most churches will be open with people offering welcoming refreshments and biscuits etc., and it is nice to have a chat while resting before travelling on to the next church.

It will help raise money for your local church, it is a very enjoyable day out and it will also keep you fit.
Hope to hear from you soon.
