Active for Life
(Point Clear)

IN July we celebrated completing our first year by having an Anniversary Buffet.

We invited John White, the Parish Council Chairman, and Michael Talbot who took some photographs. (Click to view)

We started a year ago with about 20 members, and now have over 50, and may have to limit membership if we keep on growing (or find some way of organising a second class).

Our classes are continuing as usual on a Tuesday morning at 9.45am for sports and 11am for aerobics.

For more information ring 822159 or 820948.

Relaxation Classes

RELAXATION classes will be continuing as usual but from August we have increased our prices to 2, which still represents terrific value. This includes a cup of tea or coffee afterwards.

The dates for September and October are as follows:-
Thursdays 2nd Sept and 7th Oct at 3pm
Tuesdays 21st Sept and 19th Oct at 8.30pm

These classes are open to all age groups, so why not come along and see what relaxation can do for you.
For more information ring
Margaret Hearn on 822159 or Tina Edwards on 820948.
