01/00063/TPO - 178 Point Clear Road. St Osyth. Noted - no objection particularly as the tree is being replaced with that of a variety more suited to the position.

P75 CLERK'S REPORT:
Cemetery Meeting- The Clerk drew Members attention for the need to arrange a meeting of the-Cemetery Sub-Committee AGREED- That a meeting of the Cemetery Sub-Committee be held at Bryher, St Cleres Hall Lane on Wednesday 14 February at 8. OOpm

REPORT ON PLANNING SEMINAR Cllr. Mrs B E Lord presented a report on a Planning Seminar which she had attended together with the Clerk (Mrs Bond) on behalf of the Parish Council. AGREED -That the Planning Seminar be recognized as an approved Parish duty.

P77 REPORT OF INFORMAL MEETING RE - LOCAL PLAN:
The Vice-Chairman addressed Members in respect of an informal meeting with Mr Phil Hornby, Tendring District Council Forward Planning Officer, concerning the possibility of establishing a Business Park in the Parish for light industrial units. At this juncture Cllr. Mrs B E Lord declared a pecuniary interest in the matter and left the meeting during consideration thereof and voting thereon. The Chairman thanked the Planning Clerk, Mrs Stephens, for her written report of the informal consultation meeting and proceeded to expand upon the subject, identifying the next move of the Parish Council, inter alia, letters of approach to local land owners with suitable sites for the proposed Business Park. . Following further consideration and discussion it was:- RESOLVED -That letters be sent to the landowners of some suitable sites, within the Parish boundary and to the North of the BIO27, setting out the proposal for a possible Business Park and awaiting their response.
